ScanMaster2 (Board Revision 3)
Motherboard for laser projectors. Enhancements beginning of 2003, processor update,
implementation of a CompactFlash port, buffering of all analog output signals, additional
user I/Os. Replaced by ScanMaster3.
ScanMaster2 (Board Revision 2)
Motherboard for laser projectors. With a product update multiple logic circuits have been
replaced with a CPLD. In 2001 the board won the ILDA (International Laser Display
Association) technical achievement award.
ScanMaster2 (Board Revision 1)
Motherboard for laser projectors. Beginning of 2000, the development of the ScanMaster
platform was continued. The main processor got support through a DSP that processes realtime
tasks. An input for analog signals was implemented.
MultiLink
Attempt to develop a modular hardware architecture with CPU part and application
dependent interface modules. The intent became questionable due to the upcoming
embedded modules.
Mr Data
Conversion of DMX512 and RS232 Interfaces into network connections. Use of the StageNet
protocol for data exchange.
ScanMaster1
Motherboard for laser projectors. The very first ScanMaster was built in 1997 and was far
ahead of its time. It was used with the first digital projector worldwide when the industry
was in the middle of the fever about noise immunity of differential analog communication.
